Today I went with WILMA to Quedlinburg, a small town in Saxony-Anhalt. The town dates back to the 9th century and is on UNESCO's list of world heritage sites. It was pretty neat. The only bad thing was that the weather was horrible, so we didn't want to be outside much. The majority of the buildings were Fachwerkhaeuser (half-timbered houses) like the ones in the picture. Week 3 of classes has come to an end. It's getting better slowly. I had a 4 day weekend last weekend though so I've really yet to have a full week of normal classes.
