It all began in Wollongong, Australia at the Theodossiadis home back in 2009. Kirsten Ray, Angela Liberatore and I were enjoying a cup of coffee and reminiscing about all of our Australia adventures. We realized that after this trip our traveling adventures would have to put on hold as the three of us would be back at University for the next 3 years.
