The 6th Annual Fand S was another unbelievable year. Thanks Big Bri or new and improved Slim Bri for being a great cruise director. The trip keeps getting better and better. A shout out to everyone for bringing new and quality friends and family to the F and S crew. I apologize for being a crap fisherman and not throwing back the minnows or the native brown that was caught. It won't happen again. CPR fishing from now on, catch, pic, release. Peace out!

I will concede that you are both better fishermen than I, however i will never stop trying to catch the one that got away! I am very happy to pass down the traditions that were passed down to me. I cant tell you how happy it makes me to see the excitement in both my wife's and children's eyes when we talk about going to mammoth each and every year. It never gets old. When we arrived this year, Sierra gave me a big hug and said "dad thanks for bringing me to mammoth " that says it all doesn't it. Ok I'm off to catch fish!

OHHHHHHHH , ummm, beg your pardon Casey, but I am the fisherman of the family. Yes it is such a GREAT tradition of our family to have all the memories of the wonderful times up there. I'm sure that as heath allows we will have many more memories to make. dod

I have been following your trip and reading your blogs day by day. It seems that you are having a blast despite the weather and fire conditions. Its funny that we have all been going up there for years and have several traditions passed down through the generations like stopping at jacks and schats. I have never had issues catching fish up there, but lets face it big bro i am the fisherman in the family. I am very haopy that you are passing the same traditions down to your daughter as i will be doing with my boy. It crazy to think that some of those same fishing spots were used by our dad when he was little, i cant think of place that means more to our family then good old Mammoth.
