Even though I'm attempting to start what I hope will be a travelogue, I would be lying to myself by pretending that the majority of the posts won't involve food. Food and food traditions reveal everything about us: how we relate to food, the flavors and rituals that soothe and excite us, our histories, and what the future holds.
