Mum, thats amazing you arranged the net etc, thankyou lots. In Bosnia at the mo, in an absolutely aweesome little town called Mostar. Watched crazy men launch themselves off a 40m bridge yesterday. Theres a huuge festival on here and the international diving competition is happening on sunday here where guys are gona come from all over to suicidally launch themselves from this bridge! The host of the pension im staying at is so cool. He took me around the town on his moped yesterday and showed me the main parts of mostar effected by the war. We drove down the front line, which was really sureal. All of the buildings are still there, crushed and stuck with shrapnel. even the courtyard of his house still has bullet shards in the concrete. Tis crazy. I just can't imagine what it must have been like. He fought too and surpisingly offered us some history on it all. I would never initiate a convo of the war but he was happy to talk about it and we learnt a lot about what's happened here. He also runs a restaurant here and managed to get us 6 free tickets worth 100 euros each to a huuge party in his posh restaurant tonght, where a famous german DJ is playing for the run up to the competition. We partied under that bridge last night and now we're gona be partying in the absolutey gorgeous restaurant/chill out garden. The bars and restaurants here are just too awesome. We drank cocktails in a massive cave last nigth while sitting on funky bean bags around candles and insense. I just get the feeling that the locals are all so happy and up for such a good time. Tis such a great vibe here! anway, things are going well, off to sarajevo next where i think il def get a tour guide to fill me in on the history. Not sure where to after that, might hook up with some aussies for the rest of the journey. xx

Hi Kirsty, how are you? I'm good, I'm learning a lot in Belgium but it's really hard work and we get no days off! They don't do as many things as I expected so I'm only staying 5 weeks instead of 8. When do you go home? Speak to you soon, love hannah x
