Just to say thank you so much for your letter and birthday card. I feel horrendous for not replying, but I'm in the midst of exam term. The stress is over in a couple of weeks, so then I will send you a long overdue and well deserved letter.

I got my placement letter from Project Trust this morning and it looks like I will be doing similar things to you starting at the end of August this year.
