Kirsty's Travels
Hey guys.
Well im in Australia now. Living it up in sunny Sydney. I am having a fabulous time. When i got here i met up with Jase, beca and Steve. We all went up in the amp tower so we could see the best views of Sydney at night. It was amazing. Then we all went for dinner together which was so lovely. It was great having a good catch up and exchanging stories of our travels. Unfortunately Beca and steve flew to Christchurch yesterday so i didnt get to see them for long but it was still nice.
Yesterday Jase and I went on a guided tour of the Opera house which was awesome. There are Four theatres there each completely different and the best is the concert hall. Its enormous and holds the largest pipe organ in the world. (over 10000 pipes!) I have already decided that someday one of my plays will be shown there! hehe. After that on Becas advice we took a ferry across to Manlee island where we had lunch. It was really beautiful. Then we quickly went and got dressed up ready to go and see 'The Hanging man' at the Opera house. It was superb. One of the best plays ive seen in a while. Definitely one that the NK drama department would have approved of.
Today we visited the botanical gardens for lunch which was lovely. I got plenty of photos. We are starting on the Oz bus tomorrow heading up to Byron bay although its going to take three days so im guessing there are a few stops along the way.
Hope you are all well. Speak to you soon.
Lots of love from Kirsty xxx
