Ok, this will be really quick as I just wrote a whole update and it disappeared!!
China was amazing, the group I was with were all lovely people, especially my roommate for the week Karen... :)

Had such a busy week, walked around Beijing markets and side streets on day one, day two we walked the Great Wall - in the snow!! It was beautiful but would have been even better if it was sunny so you could see the sights around the wall. I've also been to Xi'an by overnight trains which was an experience haha, at least I know what to expect next time around! And thankfully I swapped from my top bunk (3rd one up) to a middle bunk so was alright! In Xi'an saw the Terracotta Warriors :) then flew to Hangzhou which I didn't really explore because of the rain, it didn't stop and it was so heavy!! Went to Wuzhen Canal Town which was beautiful then Shanghai which is my favourite place in China by far. Such a mix of modern and old, and you could walk down Nanjing road at night all lit up and surrounded by people - I just loved it! Went up the Pearl Tower to the 350m bubble and the views were amzing, I only wish my photos could do them justice! The worst part was the Fake Market, I hated that! Surrounded and followed by Chinese people wanting you to go into their shops, all very uncomfortable so glad I didn't go on my own! Was gutted to say goodbye to the group, it's insane how quickly you become attached to people when you're away from home!

Oh & I actually ate Bullfrog & Eel fish... not much of either but I tried it!! And I became quite the pro with my chopsticks lol!
