I am pretty tired from a busy hot day so thought I would catch up on the last few days before an early night...
Friday 4th March - Queenstown.
Struggled through the pain of a hangover to go rock climbing this morning. It was really awesome but challanging to climb which was bascially the side of a mountain. Still, very pretty scenery. There was only me an another guy from Israel in the class. Afterwards we (ashamedly) grabbed a mcdonalds but it was interesting learning his opinions on the current Israel issues.
Time for one last night out in Queenstown before leaving New Zealand the next day.
Saturday 5th March - Melbourne
Flight was delayed by two hours - but this meant I got to watch four weddings and Gok Wan in the airport! Pretty lame TV, but when you haven't seen TV for weeks, it's pretty satisfying!
Anyway, hit Melbourne and went to China town for a Chinese with a girl I had met on the Plane. Then a few drinks in the hostel with people from all over the world before bed.
Sunday 6th March - Melbourne
Time to explore the city! Managed to find an exhibition dedicated to Disney fairy tale princesses! Oh yes! Totally nothing to do with Austrailia but was fun! I walked around the city a bit and got tired feet and burnt shoulders! Melbourne is kinda like London - but with less people. The buildings are really tall and there seems to be a lot going on, yet there are also trams and you are actually allowed to have a conversation with a random at the bus stop without them looking like they want to kill you!
Anyway, had a few drinks with new people in the hostel - again from all over the world - and am ready for an early night. Will be getting up early tomorrow to go to Ramsay Street!!
