Well Plettenberg Bay was very beautiful however we ended up arriving there and it rained for two days so that put a dampner on the spirit however still managed to get in a BBQ over the campfire, do the biggest bungy jump in the world 216m and go bodyboarding in big, extremely powerful waves. We had a BBQ on the night we arrived so had a giant t bone steak that cost all of a pound then we got chatting to a few people round the fire, one German guy actually then gave us a lift to the bungy jump the next day which was good as it was an hour away and was going to cost a good bit to get there. The next day did the bungy was excellent however just did not seem natural standing on a ledge looking down over 300m. The funnisest bit was yet to come when Catherine decided she would do it that is until she looked over the edge then she tried to turn and walk off the ledge but instead of that the two guys holding her pushed her over anyway, I laughed so so much! Came back from the bungy and had a load of time on my hands but it was pouring down, I just decided to go and use the free bodyboards down at the beach. Though it would be just like big waves back home but I was very wrong the waves were about the same as the highest I have been in back home but it was the power of them that was so different the white water of the waves()not even the powerful crest) felt like it was going to snap the board! So only stayed in about 20min then ran back up the street getting plenty of strange looks in my boardies and bodyboard with the rain pouring down. But overall was a good place to stay but if the waether was better I say it would be an excellent place to stay.
