Hahahaha the journey in the van driving down flooded motorway listening to eighties music and drinking beer made me laugh at my desk (that rarely happens I assure you). No news here except that Dave and I went out TOGETHER for once (his mum babysat) and we had big night (caught up with Clare and Andrew too). Was such fun night. Saturday goes down in history as one of the worst days in my life however. Poor Ava looking for signs of life as her parents sprawled out on the sofas barely coping, taking it in turns to be on duty trying not to fall asleep. I am so glad we don't go out v often! Anyhow, your adventures are WAY more interesting than anything we can tell you - though we have had our fair share of torrential rain too recently. take care of yourslef and keep the funny stories coming xxxx

Brilliant! Is your red poncho as good as our bright yellow raincoats and gumboots we took to that NY festival in Whitianga a few years back? Sounds as though you're really getting into the swing of things. You'll be conversing in that sexy spanish language before you know it, although it appears all you need to do is compliment someone's hair to be understood. Hope he was good looking! Has the school kitchen never heard of paper towels? I'm sure Anna would be asking the same question!
