Well, it seems that everything's changing n Kisweera nowadays ...
We're just 2 days away from our 9 month mark, which has coincided within a week of SUzanny and Sharonny (the knife-wielding psycho baby), having another sister - Sitenda. So we brought our gift of a cabbage (?), for fear of not knowing what else to give to newborn babies ...
Fiona and her 3 girls (Viola, Esther and Eva), have left Kisweer and moved to Bukuya (3 hours away), to be with her older daughter, and some rlatives there. This leaves Birungi Nakato and Richard without a guardian, so Deo has sorted them out with a relative in Mityana, and they'll be away on saturday.
As sad, yet uplifting as this is, there are alays new faces brightening up our day. Ebola's family have moved in to Fiona's old house, although the baby (with his AMAZINGLY tiny afro) hates it when I pick him up, and has subsequently weed on me twice. Kevin, Tressie and their Mum pop back every so often, and Tressie is less of a menace these days. The last new arrival has been Simon Peter - an adorable 4 year old, who lives across the road with Dida, and has an insatiable apetite for lollipops.
Hpefully we can keep in contact with people who have left, and keep chatting to the newcomers - I guess the changing of faces is the brilliance of being in a project for such a long time!
