So we?re on our own again back in Cusco. Since tuesday there?s been parade after parade in this great little town. We?re here to watch the celebrations on Inti Raymi (the festival of the sun) which concludes this weekend up on a hill called ?sexy woman?(i?m so not making up these names, promise). There seems to be alot of run up to it with floats, street parades, non-stop music and dancing in the main square. We?re thinking that there must be national holidays involved to as theres so many people here partaking and watching that they can?t all be skiving off work for it!

Hit the local markets and shops yesterday (so nan, gramp, mum, dad & russ, expect some peruvian style gifts - you lucky lucky people!). Have also found a few great pubs, resturants and places to hangout here, its becoming a home from home - I love it! We?ve also booked a tour of brazil (it seemed easier than trying to book seperate tours for each place we wanted to visit). We start that on July 7th so will def be in Brazil from then on until we return back home. Luckily the tour takes us into Argentina for one day to see that side of Iguazu falls - so another country to tick off and another stamp in my passport! Hasta lueago xxx
