I would like to give a special thanks to The Great C-Bell, for making me sit down and read before I could go out and play. It helped to lay a foundation of learning how to work towards your goals. Another thanks needs to go towards Grandpa Ed Sieleni, with him exposing me to National Geographic and seeing my first article on Mt. Everest from that article and the rest of the National Geographic's it inspired me to explore our world and to some day see Mt. Everest.
Today, I got back to Kathmandu after achieve one of my biggest dreams of being on Mt. Everest. I cannot describe how amazing it was being on, Everest Base Camp. As I walked across the glacier to reach base camp I thought of C-Bell and Ed and how big a role they had in me getting to achieve my dream. So, for them and my other two grandparents, Bob and Kathleen as well as my parents, Jim and Margo. I will be bring back what I believe to be the most significant and meaningful thing I could think to give them from my trip, a piece of Mt. Everest. Because without them I would not have made it there.

PS
I am only posting a few pics of the this amazing journey to the roof of the world...the rest you will have to wait till I get home and see the slide show and story that goes along with them... :) I also joined with some really cool cats during mid trek to go to base camp with, Dave, Sam, and Mikko. These are some cool dudes and glad we got to trek together.

Monica I proudly read this to Grandma and she says she is so happy you cared so much... she tried to get you to math too but she wasn't lucky there! ;) She will never forget your building the Igloo in the yard in the winter and now your on top of the world! With tears of joy she also says "Good luck on your continued journey Fred!"
