It is a cutural explosion here in Ethiopia... and I am loving it. There is Ethiopian christmas on friday the day I leave for Kenya, so I will get christmas twice this year. Thank you everyone for the x-mas and new year wishes. I wish you all the same. I have not had my pc connected to the internet in about a month so pics are coming when I get that thing connected...there are lots.

I was sitting on the porch of the lovely self labeled Ethiopian mother Calette and her two friends making the food for the x-mas feast yesterday...one was cutting lamb, another potatoes, another cleaning greens, and I was standing over a big pot on a fire with a big stick mixing it all together...ahhaha
