The plane flight from Singapore to Christchurch was a much better flight than the one the previous night.
We arrived at Christchurch airport about a half hour earlier than was due to rain and 11 deg.
Nice picked us up and we went around to see Mike before being delivered home to unpack.

We are not far away from you. Stayed in Jedburgh last night
and travelled down to York via Durham today. We are relieved
to have cooler weather. During the 2 months we were on the Continent the temperature was rarely less than 35 degrees!!
Off out for dinner and to explore. Love Jill
