At Sarlat now in the Dordogne region of south France. Campsite lovely but we had to change pitches as the first night was noisy near the bar. Visited Rocamadour today, which is an ancient village built on the side of a cliff. Wasps are a problem, but we are catching them using a jam jar. Very hot, 103 C on the way down, but only 88C today. Tomorrow is supposed to be very hot again. On Wednesday we are going to visit some ancient caves, not sure what we will do to...

We went to Sauzur and it was boiling hot!!! It was 93 degrees. Haven't tidied the room yet.

Today we went to the beach. We were meant to have a sandcastle competition but I gave up after 1 minuet. All I did really was sun bathing. When I got home I went in the pool and stayed for three hours. We had a BBQ for tea. I'm now sitting outside watching the little kids play the Olympics.

Yesterday Sarah swam for the first time without being held using her armbands. Today we filmed her ( see films). Today the weather was much better. In the morning I went for a walk through the forest with mam and dad, we saw a freaky old cottage. I walked across the top of a high pile of logs. Then we went swimming. Later on we went to the town of Vannes where we looked round then ate. We have just got home now and I've gone to bed.
