Belorado, Spain

23kms from Santo Domingo de la Calzada to Belorado today. The weather was overcast and a little cool. Raul, Julian, Sarah and I checked into a little albergue on the side of church and cooked the most amazing dinner of artichokes, peppers, salad, white asparagus, and more bread! AMAZING!

Let the adventure begin with a practice hike along the Great Ocean road in Victoria. Then the count down is on when in April 2013 Sarah and I head off to France to walk the 900km across Spain along the Camino de Santiago!

St Jean Pied de Port, France

First day walking! Massive hills, beautiful scenery! Melting snow. A few days earlier and we would have been walking as it snowed, but we brought the weather with us and its been 28 degree day…
