Hello Everyone!

Just a quick update really as i'm on my last few days in Sydney now!!

Yep, i've finally managed to tear myself away and am heading up the East Coast for more travels on my own. All this has made me everso independant you know - i've even just done about 3 loads of washing (never heard of before!). Although saying that, ive just shoved them all into the drier for about 2 hours so whether or not my clothes still fit when I collect them is another matter.......oh well.

Ive just got back from booking my ticket for my new adventure and it sounds awesome. I leave at 6.45am on thursday morning (it's about time I got up early I suppose) and head about 7 hours North to Surf Camp where i'll stay for a few days and have some serious surfing lessons. After that i'll be heading up to Byron Bay and Surfers Paradise where i'll be able to Wow all the Surfer Dudes with my new found talent (wishful thinking - but in my head im going to be great!). After here it's off to Fraser Island which i'm really excited about - i'll stay for about three days here and then hopefully to Magnetic Island as I get to cuddle a Koala here! ...And maybe steal one too if they're small enough... After here we are taken to a proper Outback Ranch where we get to do loads of activities which sounds great! And at the end of the road i'd like to sail for a few days around the Whitsunday Islands to check out the Barrier Reef before ending up at Cairns. I don't even feel nervous which is unlike me, I just can't wait to go now! I'm so excited!

Not sure what to do for my last few days in Sydney. Think i'm going to go down to the Scubar tonight to make a few bets on the Crab racing - sounds funny! Other than that I think i'll just sit and enjoy the sunshine!
