Set off to the Bell Centre for the ice hockey game; Canadiens (Montreal, CA) v Predators (Nashville USA), which was literally a five minute walk to the stadium from our hostel! We had pretty good seats and was able to see the ice rink clearly. The atmosphere was fantastic and had a really great vibe! We were sitting amoungst the most rowdy lot which was so entertaining, it was such a laugh! All the guys around were singing and shouting in French, but the odd English word or song came out! I was sitting next to two guys who were supporting the away team and I was so suprised that both sets of fans were able to sit amoungst eachother! There was no aggression nor any jeering - everyone seemed to get on which was great!

The game ran for 20 minutes then had a 17 minute interval, this happened twice more, so in total the actual game was for 60 minutes.

We lost 3-0 but I'm so glad that we took the opportunity of seeing an Ice hockey game! It was definately an experience I will never forget and would go again! Had a great evening!
