Slowly Coming Together- Well with two birthdays in the last two weeks, my own and my roomates, it's been busy. We've met a lot of people now and it seems like everyone is inviting everyone everywhere. There is always something to do here, never short of things to do to keep busy. I finally feel like I have somewhere to come home to in Toulouse. It has been a wonderful week here. I spoke to the advisor at my University about courses I could take and I may join a jazz choir. I have also looked into jazz classes at a local studio, not sure how that will go. The weekend was pretty tame, explored the city with Mom and Frank on Sunday and Monday. I'm trying to stay positive but I have to say, nothing is easy in france. So my passport was stolen, I'm pretty sure at the hostel, but I can't really say for certain. In my passport was my visa. Awesome. Within a week and a half of being in france I have visited the police station, the prefecture (not sure what this is, but its where I will get my residency card) and the canadian consulate.
