Day 38 26th APril 2007

After the worst nights sleep ever in that stupid dorm I was up really early to do the white water rafting. I was actually really nervous as I didn't really know what to expect and it was really cold today. There were only 4 people in our boat which was good and it ment we got to do more. The rafting was ment to be grade 5 but because they hadn't had much rain it was only running at grade 3-4 - we still managed to tip the boat tho. The water was freezing!!!! The rafting was good but I tought it would be more extreme than it was. Maybe it because I jumped out a plane the other day. We got some really funny pictures tho. We got to Wellington at round 7ish so we didn't has that much time to get ready to go out. It was a girls, Charlie, Birthday so we wanted a night out on the town. It was the best night out we have had so far since we have been traveling. Not that we have been out that much. It's all about the cheese clubs you see.. Can't beat a bit of 80's!

Day 39 27th April 2007

We left most of the people off the bus today as they were moving on and we wanted to stay in Wellington for an extra day. We have made some really good friend and was a bit sad to see them go. We should see them all in Queenstown. We spent the day going to the Te Papa Museum and shopping. The Museum was OK but not on the top of my list to do. Everyone who stayed in Wellington went to a Rugby match! We spent most of the game tryingt o get on the TV screens? but it didnt work. The Hurricanes won 22-21. I think that was who we were supporting. The Mexican wave was wicked!
