Good morning Katie and Gerard! Loved the rowing scenes.....were you rowing around in circles? I looked at your face Gerard and just knew that you had a load on your shoulders! Now as for Katie surfing....wal that is another story! I knew you were going to get trim Katie, but looking that muscular and so agile in such a short time is to be applauded!?! Were you anchored to the bottom of the 'river' and the surf just happened to pass under your feet allowing you to do all those tricks? WOW!! It was great!! But why the wet suit? Is is still a little too cold for the swimmy things? Have you been to a few of Mel's haunts in Croatia...like where she was born....where her parents lived....where she enjoyed a few convivials....etc? You are still enjoying yourselves and that is more important than anything! Gerard if you see any nice mineral samples...crystals, rocks, specimens or whatever in your travels, think of your mate Big T. Send them home and I will transfer the money to your account or however you would like to do it! Just a thought...I do love my mineral specimens....no! on second thoughts have a couple of beers for me instead! Must go reports and papers to work on!

happy birthday for a week ago.Once i read your blog i checked our calender and there you are but no one looked! It was probably because kaye was away,i was in melbourne to watch the dockers lose and the boys dont even remember there own birthdays. Anyway i am glad they had a public holiday for you and i hope you had a great day. Looks like you are having a great time ,I tried to ring today but it rang out so give us a call gerard so your mum knows you are alive.
