Landed in Sydney on Friday evening and spent 2 hours queuing to get through customs and immigration and eventually made it to Manly at about 9pm to meet Holly.

The flight from London to Singapore was fine because I had loads of space and 3 seats to myself and a giant tv, but from Singapore to Sydney it was like Easyjet and I couldn't move for 6 and a half hours!!

When I got to Manly, Holly made me go straight out with all her friends from the hostel because I wasn't too tired, so I got my first taste of Australian drinking traditions.

We have spent the last few days planning our trip round Australia and spending all our money on flights. We are leaving on Sunday night.
