Today we visited more wineries! Firstly we went to Wairau River who actually had some lovely wines. After than we went to a French place, No 1, that did bubbles as their specialty. They were probably the nicest bubbles I've had, but they were still bubbles.

Then to Bouldevines where I bought my first wine! It was a Sav Blanc which I thought was delicious, obviously.

After Bouldevines we went to Fromm who also had some delicious wines but were on the expensive side.

After that we went back to the motel for lunch from Countdown.

We then decided to go for a drive to a nearby beach known as Whites Bay. It was quite a beautiful bay with really dark grey coloured sand. We sat on the rocks for a little while but it was too cold to go swimming.

I then decided I wanted the frivoli from Wither Hills from yesterday so we drove back there so I could pick up that.

Then back to the hotel until dinner time.

For dinner we went out to Speights where I had a pot pie which was quite delicious. Accompanied by a Pinot Gris and the followed by some Pinot Noir at the motel.
