Happy New Year! We went to TGI's for New Years. It was a lot of fun and we danced the night away.

When it got to 11:30 we went up and out onto the street for the ball to drop. When it actually came down to the ball dropping I missed it completely because I was too distracted by everyone around me. It was a good atmosphere though. There were these sectioned off squares on the roads where people had been waiting in since 2pm to see the ball drop. So crazy! You could barely see it and the ball was tiny. There is no way I would stand out in the cold like that for that many hours to see the ball drop. I'm so glad we had the TGI tickets.

So I got pretty drunk and so did everyone else really. Mel and Gab both made out with some boys and I made friends with this group of Norwegian people and we sang some songs on the street together which was fun.

We walked home and I went to bed around 4pm. It was a good party.
