Happy Birthday for next Wed Kathy and have a great time down under.  We're slightly jealous of you being in N.Z but of course winter is on its way down there whilst here of course its coming up to summer.  I'm sure there must be other advantages to being in good old England but I'm struggling to think of them at the moment.  Have a pint of Fosters on me (or as I'm not there to pay, on Ricky) Lots of love to you both.

Hi Kathy and Ricky! Happy new year! I hope you both had a lovely xmas & are enjoying yourselves & avoiding food poisoning & bikes! I've just read your journal & sounds like you are having a great time. I am back at work today, boo! I had a new years party at mine and Esther & Rachel came along, It was really good fun but very drunken so was feeling a bit rough yesterday! We all trooped down to Big Ben at midnight clutching champagne, I lost Esther for a bit in the crowds but she was wearing a pink fluffy cowboy hat so it wasn't long before we spotted her again! Hi Rick & Kathy hope you both had a good Christmas, just found out about this website from your Mum, and now connected to the web so hence the posting! We are all fine, Shanks is growing really big and has turned into a 4 legged demon! Adam has just returned from a ski-ing trip with school and is a little battered and bruised, but more of a man for the experience (or so he says). Hope you are enjoying your travels, keep one hand on your wallet and the other on your toilet roll!
