Well I've set up my travel blog while I am temporally incapacitated at home on my settee . Yes not a good position to be 23 days before I go on holiday .. But it could be worse . laying on my front room floor unable to move was very worrying .
But the tiger balm is doing its magic on my back and I should be fit & well ready for my big trip California .
