Today was St Patrick's Day and in New York that means only one thing, a parade. They do parade's really well. And there was a huge crowd, all with their pride on in hats, scarves and painted faces. Today it snowed. And not just white flurries dancing around the sky but enough to cover the city in a beautiful white fluffy carpet. It was so beautiful. I went outside, took photos, wrote my name in it and caught snowflakes on my tongue. (So yes, I did look like a nutcase - but I did not care). Today I decided to use two more of the passes from my 'New York City Pass' so I went to the Museum of Modern Art and then to the Empire State Building. MOMA had some great pieces, and so many of those very famous pieces that you have always wanted to see. Monet Waterlilies and Agapanthas, Jackson Pollock, Warhol, Matisse and Van Gogh. Number 1: Starbucks People really mean what they say, there is totally a Starbucks on every corner. They are warm, have wireless internet, relatively cheap and equal quality everyone.
