Hi everyone, almost finished my placement here in Tauranga, then its off to Auckland to stay with friends for the weekend and then flying down to Queenstown in the south island. Been up to loads of crazy stuff so far-cant quite believe how much Ive managed to pack in to my weekends! Last weekend we went to the waitomo caves which are full of glow worms and did abseiling, caving and black water rafting-awesome fun! Then drove to Turangi to do the Tongariro crossing-8 hours of hiking through lots of snow-really hard but worth it for the views!! Hopefully going to milford sounds (see picture) on monday and then learning to ski at some point next week before its back to the UK.
