Mum, I cannot believe what mental Katie has done.... I spoke to her earlier today and read her the poem i had written for you on Mothers day; i wanted to express how much i was missing you. I told her i would not be able to post the poem until later tonight as i was starting a new job, volunteering at the terminally ill cat hospital. I cannot believe that she has done this........... Sorry for the break in the message, i was crying. She also said on the phone that she hasn't missed you and she has let Honey sleep in your bed...... She is horrible!!! She said if i told you this, she would come up here and give me a really bad Chinese burn. So i can only wish you a wonderful Mothers Day and we will all be thinking of you (except Kate, she will probably be out shoplifting) Have a fantastic day and make sure someone looks after you.

Monday 08/03/10 Update...Pat & I arrived back from the Bay of Islands at 4pm...we unpack sorted ourselves out, While we were away playing... Lins cousin Peter & his daughter Nicky arrived to spend a few days, Nicky has been working in Queenstown on the South Island. Peter and his son James all met up to spend some time together, James went home after 1 month.

Tuesday 09/03/10 Another day of relaxing today after our long drive ...on the evening we were invited to Verity & Rogers for a BBQ it was a lovely evening with plenty of good food & drink . We also met little Issey & Keith again. I took lots of Pics but have not uploaded them yet !! I had them put on a CD ...as I started to delete photos to make room for new ones . Now I need a lesson how to upload from the CD

Wednesday Thursday 10 ...11 March 10 The weather has been so good it was off to Panuanui. ( beach house) it was hot and we sun bathed ..swam.. went for beach walks and played Skip-bo untill midnight. I won 2 games. We left late on Thursday afternoon. Had the biggest date scone with cream & jam I have ever seen ...Photo coming soon.

Friday 12/03/10....Pat has only one day left ..she thought the 13th was a Sunday soooooo we went to Rotorua to a Whakarewarewa Maori Living themal village also the Haka was peformed ...it was all about their culture, we saw Geysers that erupted each day to 20 metres. We did a one & half hour walking tour which was very smelly as to the sulpher and the hot mud pools. Arrived home at 7.30pm had a very nice meal and played Skip-bo again.

13/03/10 Saturday. Pat had to leave for home today we got up at 4.45am then Mo drove us to the airport ...its only 10mins away,I wore my PJs as I was getting back into bed, it was sad to see her go as we had a fantastic time together, Pat had never been to NZ so it was my pleasure that I could show her some of the place I had visited before + lots of places which were new to both of us. I also had a fantastic time with her in OZ...we are so lucky to pick up with each other as if we had never been apart. I will miss her very much. I have 10 days left before I return home...so far its gone very well, not flown by at all. I expect it will in the next few days. This afternoon we are off to Shelly's children's school for Pumkin Night! and tomorrow out to breakfast with Verity,Roger...Issey, Keith....Lin Mo & myself, so I will catch up with you all tomorrow ...Loads more pics to get sorted. Oh!yes Susan I do remember Norren very well, I hope Lee is on the mend and that Kathy is coping OK. All my Luv to you all.xxx

Yooooooooooo Hoooooooooo to everyone...I'm great ..I'm great... I'm still the same weight... Its been a bit hectic . For 5 days not had enough time to upload pics or messages ! Pat left this morning so did Lin's cousin Peter and his daughter Nicky, Lin is sorting out bedrooms Mo is helping.. I get all the rough jobs, I have to go and relax around the swimming pool to read my book. However I will be back this arvo and tell you all that we have been up too. Luv to you all xxxx

Hope all is well - not long now and you'll be on your way back! Looking back, its gone ever so fast and probably even faster for you. Maureen on her way back to Spain today. I'm out for dinner this evening after work with Noreen. She lived opposite the Palace Theatre, Shaftsbury Avenue Do you remember her? I haven't seen her for 14 years!!!

Hi Jamie & Kerry... Guess wot Katie is mental...she is also crazy !!! Nice to know you all had a great time, and that you ate a piece of that lovely ham for me. Pat & I are now back at Lin & Mo 's I drove back today took about 5 hours including a one hour stop for lunch. I will phone you too so you can tell me why Katie is mental. I will write more soon.
