I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who came to my leaving party. I had a fantastic night and was so impressed with the array of costumes! I've put the pictures in the phot album section. A few moments do stick out: the spontaneous fanfares from our Austrian friends, Lucy and her skills on the accordian (she really was the UK under 17 champion), Alan's 'touching' speech, the reappearance of the famous carrot costume and of course, the bike ride ;-) Big thanks go to Mrs Minky and the big chief Father Edvard for giving me an amazing send off! Also to Lucy for her help and to Hannah for the cake! Apologies for those of you who stayed long enough to witness the kangaroo wardrobe malfunction - less said the better athough I'm glad I had nice pants on! The more hardcore amongst us managed to party on until 6.30am, I hope this is a taste of what is to come over the next 9 months! Thank you for coming and I hope that you enjoyed it as much as I did.
