The only Soviet Memorial in Berlin. After the wall collapsed, the Soviets insisted that there were still Mine Fields in some areas surrounding the wall. They did this so that they could quickly erect this memorial in West Berlin to make it appear that Communism had spread all the way there...sneaky.
