hello everybody,
sorry for the delay, im just so busy n hard to find enough time to write:)
so last i wrote that we took a train to Ajmer which is near the city Pushkar, which was our next stop. Pushkar is a Holly city with loads of priest. i booked a hotel from London long time ago which was recomended by my friends Teressa and Daniel. the hotel name: Seventh Heaven...and it was like heaven: beautiful room, great view from the rooftop restaurant n we just felt princesses:)so we settled in and booked a tour walk with a local guide for the next day, also my camel ride:)
the first day we just walked around, then we rented bikes n we cylced around the city, and outside where nobody- nothing we could see just peace n quite:) it was really nice.
at night we had dinner at the rooftop restaurant.
next day we had the tour around n outside the city with Sharma, the local tour guide. he took us to meet local people, ate horsradish from the field, walked though vegetble path, saw peacocks, chipmunks, fed monkeys from our hands and walked up the hill to meet a 'baba' who lives in a temlpe in the forest for 10 years now. he meditates, prays, does yoga. he made us the most delicious tea!!
after the walk we restedn n in the afrernoon i went for a camel ride ( Amber , the chinees girl im traveling with didnt go) but i met 2 australian girl who came too. theride was great altho it was hard when the camel stood up n i was sitting on it:) thought im gonna fall down :)
we took the ride to the desert with our guides n they took uso a place where we watched the sun go down...amazing...then ride back . "my camel" was called Jack n he really behaved himself :)
next day we checked out n had pankace for lunch with nutellla n banana...oh boy that was delicious:) we took taxi back to ajmer cos we needed to take train to our next destination, Udaipur. so we got to the train station n we had to wait 10 hours for the train :( so we waited n waited when i tourist officer came to us to ask when is our train so i showed him the ticket...he looked at it n said: 'mam' u missed your train it was the day before!!" we were like WAF!!?? HOW COULD WE NOT SEE THE DATE N TIME PROPERLY??? anyway he helped us to get on another train so we made it to Udaipur. when we got there we found a very cheap hotel, had dinner n slept.
Next day we were walking around in the city, a bit nicer n cleaner than the others. we had a boatride on the nearby lake which was calming n relaxing. Aslo i had a fingernail painting which was very cool: this artist guy painted an elephant on my left thumb! u can see on pictures.
did some shopping, then we had dinner n we drank hungarian palinka:)
following day i had to say goodbye to Amber cos i had to fly to Mumbai. it was really nice travelin with her n i will miss her a lot.
In mumbai i stayed with a couchsurfing couple (www.couchsurfing.com- free accomodation all around the world with families)
they had a party this day for Diwali and had lots of friends around, indian food and drinks all night. we chatted and i gave them some hungarian palinka to try:) they really liked it. :)
i had my own room and bathroom which was great. next day they told me where i can find backpackers hostels so i went downtown to Colaba which is a turistic area. there n stayed in a dorm hostel which is big rooms full with bunk beds, sharing ONE BATHROM & TOILET -> 16 girls stayed there:)
i met a girl from Izrael, one from Bristol n one from Germany; we walked around the city, had some drink, chatted n shared travel experiences. great to meat people from all around the world:) for 2 weeks, since im traveling i was hardly on my OWN!!! :)
very early in the ext morning i went to the airport to fly to Singapore. i got there n there were so many people cos muslims were taveling to Mecca cos of a holiday n cos every muslim person must go to Mecca to pray once in their life time. so im stending thee inthe croud, everybody angry, shouting, pushig cos they all wanna get in to the airport but security is very high so the line goer very slow...:( i had some people before me who were trying to get in cos their flight was soon so i just walked behind them n got inside in no time:) the flight was plesent. at the airport got through emigration without any problem n met a german girl, Julia just outside the airport. we chatted n asked a local man to help us get on the MRT (tube, metro). he was very helpful, got us travel cards.
i went to my next couchsurfing family to stay with. a mum with her daughter n friend. they are very nice and welcoming people n im going to stay there for 3 nights the move to a hostel. i already found one in China town n now im just sitting here writting away:) monsoon is here and a saw rain after a long time:)
