Left Cairns at 7am to start my travels again with Oz Experience. My first destination Mission Beach. On the way we stopped at Babinda to look at a waterfall and then it was on to Innisvale for breakfast. After there we stopped off at a Crocodile farm to go see some crocs and other animals. Arrived in Mission Beach at lunchtime. Then for the next 2 days just chilled out by the pool at the hostel ready for my next travels.

It does seem so weird having Christmas in 30+ degree heat, but hey I guess thats what happens when you are on the other side of the world!!!! Not too sure of my plans for Christmas Day is as yet, I do know I will be working in the kitchen at some point but thats ok. Have a great time whatever your plans are......

Thought it was time I updated my blog...... I've been in Cairns now for just over a month. I'm staying at the Serpent hostel, just a 5 min drive from the centre of cairns. It is a really good hostel with its own pool and bar!!! I've actually managed to get work in the kitchen here (yep learning how to cook more ) so it means I don't have to pay for my accommodation and get a free evening meal so am planning to stay here a little while longer, possibly to the th...
