Burford Adventures 2017-18
After much debate over the astronomical costs involved, again having our pre booking of tickets lost and a 1 hour queue ...we finally walked through the gates into the magical Disneyland. Phew!!
Kids in heaven!!! The Carousel, pinicchio ride, the teacups and my favorite... the magical 'Its a small world afterall' all enjoyed++++. Munched our pilfered snacks from brekkie whilst watching performances by all the Disney character favourites.
Poor Adam was lulled into a false sense of security with the recent sunshine and had worn his usual shorts and light spray jacket despite the forecast of rain. He was so freezing, he ended up wearing Zoe's purple and pink Barbie beanie! The footy boys would have a field day! ! At least in Disneyland... he looked quite the part!
Our little dare devils loved dragging us onto scarier and scarier rides. That dumbo the elephant ride looks tranquil but is very misleading when you're up in the air!! They both adored the car driving race. Heaven help us when they turn 16!!
Despite some rain...a great day. Home 10pm with 2 happily exhausted kids ( and parents!). Adam working on his laptop on both of the 1 hour train rides and also once home...poor thing.
