Well, it's been a few days since we got home, and not once have I been able to sleep past "check-out time".
Jo and I awoke severely hungover on Friday morning, intending to climb a mountain, only to drive as far as we could get, and give up on the 3rd stair. Never have I felt so dizzy than when attempting to do anything that morning.
We did manage to put it aside for the blowholes and lookouts in Albany. Which, I am embarrassed to say, are extremely terrifying. I thought I was being brave and adventurous, and got right up to the blowhole gap, only for it to blow really loudly and send me running back to Jo. It was time to go.
We grabbed some snacks and took off on the 4 and a half hour drive home, the longest leg of the trip. From there I got changed and hit my bar in Perth for a good Friday off, which doesn't happen often. Shisha and Karaoke makes for a great night, but a sore next day for your throat.
But this is it, it's back to work. :(
We should do this again some time.
