Boys Meet World!
We took a detour before our group parted ways. Pisa was on our route to Rome, so we spent the afternoon seeing the landmark that makes Pisa famous... the leaning tower. From here we split off and Matt and I decided to go to Rome for a few days, as Dinyar and Dan made their way to Florence. Rome was full of historic monuments and is home to Vatican City. For a small price we climbed to the top of St. Peter's Basilica and decided to walk through the Vatican Museum to see the Sistine Chapel. Walking around the city we saw sites such as the Spanish Stairs, the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The history that still stands in Rome is jaw-dropping, and to really do as the Romans did, would be impossible. Next stop Florence!
