Sixth day
Today walking was great. Very easy day and got from estella to Los Arcos early not to many hills. I bought food for the journey and had a picnic just outside of town. The walk was beautiful once again. I seem to still meet my Spanish guys who are great but I walk alone always and meet people along the way. Yesterday I walked with Annette an American and today another American I met two days ago. If you ever have the chance to do this walk go for it you will enjoy it so much. I'm sitting in the albergue garden in the sun waiting for my massage my legs have swelled and one is bigger than the other. Who knows what's happening. The guy who is the masseuse says I must drink more water. The walk was through the vineyards with the Poppy's was incredible. Julie x

Emily Roberts Hey mum! Sounds wicked, hope its getting easier as you go along. It doesn't feel like a whole week since you left. Feels like forever!
