March 8, 2006- School and a bunch of stuff Ok, ok I know it has been about a month since I have updated. I just can't believe how fast time is flying. I started school, as most of you know, and I have been goin' crazy, just to keep up. The first day of class I was already behind, and I have been playing catch up since I have been here. However, I had a small break this past weekend when I participated with CVA (Conservation Volunteers, Australia). It was in Port Stephens, which is north of Newcastle. Its known for the beautiful private beaches and dolphin migration. I loved it and I had a blast. All we did was pull weeds and plant trees in the bush land, and we were able to pick up a lot of trash. The downside to it all, is I got a tick, and it was not fun pulling it out, yuck. I hate bugs. I have been meeting a lot people, and going a lot of places. I have fallen in love with the beach here, that's where I take most of my pictures. However, since school started, my life hasn't been that exciting. I have been losing a couple pounds, trying to go to the gym a lot more often. Well, that's pretty much it.
