Took a day trip to the ruins of Pompei, had a long exhausting walk around in the sun. Such amazing architecture and really cool frescos! A very beautiful and serene place to be =)

Walking back to the train station we got offered a trip to Mt Vesuvius for pretty cheap so decided to take it on a whim, more climbing and walking and we were at the top of the massive mountain which caused so much destruction! Pretty sheer drops into the crater and amazing views from the top, especially as it was the end of the day and got some nice light from the sun. Hope to have the photos up soon!
