Pipeline trail, castle and hitch

Two woman backpackers had gone missing the week before still hadn't been found. So going for a walk in the jungle by ourselves kind of bothered Miwa. I assured her there was no way we would get lost and it would be fine, so we left to hike the pipeline trail! It was a really nice trail with a cool waterfall and I got to see a "resplendent quetzal"!!! One of the most rarest birds in the world! I came back to the hostel and told the owner I had seen one and he legitimately got pissed off at me because he still hadn't seen one! Haha
After the pipeline trail we were off to try to find a abandoned castle, we walked pretty far and ended up finding it. Something straight out of a horror movie Of course we went inside and of course I ended up hiding behind a wall and scaring poor Miwa..... Lol
Then we were off to try to find a waterfall on the same road and we ended up walking by it, not being very impressed either... By now I don't know how far we walk but our feet were very sore so we put out our thumbs and eventually we got a ride from a nice old man back to town!
