So after the relaxation of the weekend came the week with the daily school routine. This week however will be slightly different as its Exam week this week for the English classes. They have grammar, reading, writing, Maths and a verbal test. All of them marked by us. They have to get over 50% in everything to pass up to the next level, if they dont get 50% in one of the exams, even if they get 100% in the others they cannot move up!
Its interesting watching the exams because they arent like at home they are all sit on the floor mixed up from their level groups and there isnt even the slightest hint of cheating!
Also today we have had 2 people leave which is sad but we also have 4 people arriving which is exciting, it was interesting to see the dynamics of the group changing. Im not sharing my room, i was really lucky to get the room to myself last week but now i have to share. Im sharing with a canadian named alex who is a professional Yogo instructor! Completely different to me but he seems cool. We have 3 new girls Jackie, Sabine and Bianca. Its weird because jackie comes from west Haddon in northampton (i think thats right).
