Well weve arrived after the bumpiest plane ride ever. Found our hostel which our `double room` turned out to be a set of bunk beds with two sides against the walls and literally a foot either side of the other two - cramped to say the least. On the plus side it is clean & close to subway station.

Tokyo is big, but full of small people, hit my head on the top of doorframes twice already. Been wondering round in downtown Tokyo, full of neons and screens as expected, but still dam right cool - cheaper than we thought too.

Went to the top of a government skyscraper for the view, and visited a couple of temples so hannah could get some prayer time in with the dinks ;-)
