Ko Tao is amazing!!! its quite a quiet island, but full of young divers!! Sunday clare and i hired a kyack and went all the way over to this little island...took hours! was knackering but really fun, definitely worth the sore shoulders the day after!
yesterday i had an awesome day snorkling at the same island, though this time we got the boat over! saw some amazing fish! that gave me the bug!! its weird as when i am usually swimming above the surface i am scared of all the fish below, but when i was down there swimming with them i loved them!! not scary at all!!hahah!!so today i went on a half day introduction to diving course, had a lovely instructor who took me in the water and practiced all the underwater codes and how to put on all the gear etc...then we went for a dive in the sea!! was amazing, were so close to the sea swimming along the sea bed!
So i have now lengthened mey stay here at the Bans Diving Resort and now starting a 4 day open water diving course that will licence me as a diver! so hopefully i will pass that! really excited about it!! only a little scared of seeing the sharks!!!!ahhhh!!
Jens being doing diving courses and now plans to do a 3-4 week course to become a dive master!! sges gooooood!!! so we may be splitting up for a while and meeting back in Bali! ahhhh!! scary!!!!
loving it here in Ko tao...its all so chilled!! having a night out tonight as dont start the course until the day after...neither does the jensta... so i can both afford one hangover!!!
