Guess what.....the sun has finally come out and I have a red nose! Went on the Blue Mountains day trip day before yesterday - the picture is off the steepest railway in the world! Had a really nice group and a great Ozzie driver - v Crocodile Dundee with lots of scary stories about croc and shark attacks!!! First stop was Featherdale Park which I think wzas my highlight of the day - got to cuddle a koala and feed some kangaroos - have totally fallen in love with koalas - they're just like big ugly babies! Was a bit cloudy to get a v good view of the Blue Mountains, but the rainforest walk was fun - felt like the Amazon! Had dins by the opera house with a girl I met on the bus - the Bridge and House are stunning at night though don't think it came out that well on the photos.

Yesterday had our first real sunny day! Took the mono rail to Darling Harbour and then the ferry to Manly - the Ozzies call it how they see it and it def was manly! Spent a lovely time ogling surfers and volleyball players while eating chips and raspberry sorbet!
