Hi Lynne great to read your latest up-date..it must feel very strange to be on your own now following Vicky's departure. Take care of yourself... but from what you say it sounds very safe. Really envy you the gorgeous weather it's so cold here the last snow has dissapeared now but the forecast for the weekend is rain !!! Bernard & Chris have gone to the Bridgwater Hall tonight for an evening with Ricky Hatton should be really good. Chris has a new computer on his bike and it records calories used on his 40mile trips he can use 1500 calories....do you think it's time we took up competitive cycling !!!
Keep blogging really enjoy reading all about your trip.
Take care lots of love xxx

Hello Love
Great to speak to you on skype at the weekend and i am loving the Liza Minelli hairdo too, it really suits you!. You seemed really chilled which is also a great thing!
Today I have been trying to get the Staffordshire Bull Terrorist into puppy classes to teach him some manners! He can be so obstinate sometimes!!! I went through all that with Jodi and am not prepared to go through it all again!!!
Here are some pics on my flickr you can have a look at should you get a min.

Hello U
I can't believe that VA is on her way home! The last two weeks have passed so quickly!
You are not missing anything here....another snowstorm last night, but thank god it has mostly gone by this morning! Its freezing though, never known a winter like it. You are well out of it!
We went to David and Jacquelines on Sunday evening for drinks and all read your blogs together! I was very ill at work on Monday.....never learn!!
Am really looking forward to your blogs in Australia. Hope you enjoy it as much as New Zealand. Enjoy every minute.
Looking forward to seeing Carla and Chris this weekend.....and Jackson! He looks gorgeous!
Now that you are on your own take special care but have a wonderful time.
Loads of love

the quiz at Bob's didn't happen, closed for refurb and addition of micro brewery according to the grapevine (not a pun).Went to Black Dog instead on another snowy night, only to find it closed too.Pushed on to Hare and Hounds next to Roddlesworth where our perseverance was rewarded by a couple of pints of Blonde Witch. Will be doing a quiz somwhere next Tuesday night, WE WILL NOT BE BEATEN.Not too keen on 'delicate flower' but chilli definitely not on menu for foreseeable future.Weight dropping off me at the moment, making a bit of a mess of the carpet.XXXXXK

Hi from snowy Bolton. Glad to hear you've been having such a great time. David is going to the quiz at the Smithy tonight, Ken was coming for tea but he has a dicky tummy and David's chilli won't suit. He's such a delicate litte flower. Hope the next bit of the journey is as enjoyable as the first ......... and when o when did Jase become a responsible adult. that's not happening = not on this planet anyway!!. Keep blogin - its great to follow your tracks and most of all take care.

Well it's nice to hear from you both, we were beginning to get a little paranoid to say the least!! We can't believe that Vicky Ann let you go into town alone Lynne, shame on her! We're really pleased that you have both enjoyed New Zealand and look forward to a return trip with us next year!! I think we will require a larger Winibago. We can't wait to see the photos on Vicky's return and we'll look forward to seeing you Lynne when eventually arrive home. Please keep safe on the rest of your journey. Love you both loads xxxxx

Hi Mummy
Had a lovely day with Paul and Jeanette on Saturday. We walked from our house down to Rossi's for ice cream. It was not really the weather for ice cream but we couldnt pass up the opportunity to have Rossis. Jackson was so knackered when we got there that he fell asleep on Jeanettes knee and Chris had to get a taxi home to bring the car to pick us up. His little fat legs could not take him any further. I think Paul is exaggerating a bit about Jackson only being good when he is a sleep - he is also very good when he is eating(10 seconds 4 times a day). The rest of the time he is a terrorist but he is my little terrorist.
What are your plans for when VA leaves?
Cant wait to see the pictures. We are in Bolton this weekend for Huddersfield vs Leeds so we can get the card from VA then.
