Hello There!
Hope you are ok? I Have just been reading your first Australia blog! Sounds great, but very different from New Zealand. I have had a look on the internet at the Blue Mountains,! Looks like you are in for a treat! The photo's look fabulous!
Had a good weekend. Saw Carla, Val and Jackson for lunch on Saturday. Jackson is just gorgeous! He is so mischevious and never stops! Thought Val looked well too!
Went to a dinner party on Saturday night at one of Tom's friends who I hadn't met before, had good night, but once again....too much red wine!
Weather bit better here today, at last! It's freezing but at least the sun is shining.
Looking forward to hearing about the Blue Mountains, look after yourself and miss you loads.
Love Christina XXXX
Deserted Husband
Hi,tried to find the Blue Mountains on the map but failed-presume they are part of the Great Dividing Range.Had lunch with Soz and Tom, nice pizzas and salad, then CC&J left for home.I went to the gym.Harriet and Jez called from Brisbane en route to Cairns, they were evacuated to the main island of Fiji because of the tsunami but it was a false alarm.Went up Rivi this morning (cold), Jackson made it all the way to the top and back again in his smart coat - why not, he's a Terrier!back to work in the morning, would prefer wine tasting in the sunshine. Also watched the ski-diving DVD - you looked petrified right until you jumped out, then you relaxed (a bit).Respect! Hi Lynne...so gald that you really enjoyed N.Z several friends have been and like you they thought it was truly awesome. Chris & David our friends from Grimsby have been in N Z since Jan. and are now in Australia on the last couple of weeks of their trip they have really loved the whole experience. Hope you are managing O K on your own... sure you will meet lots of interesting people on the 'Greyhound Buses' Do you remember Chris coming home from Australia well he didn't wear anything on his feet for about 6months... guess it's the norm in Oz! Do take care when you are walking at night on your own don't take any risks.Bernard sends his love to you and says keep on with wine he'll toast you from here.
Much love xxxx

Hi Lynne, glad to hear you've arrived at Oz. One of our staff comes from Australia and has told me how beautiful the Opera House is and Sydney Harbour Bridge. I'm also pleased to hear that you had lunch with a nice couple, this is what your experience is about, meeting people along the way and sharing experiences and seeing as much of the world as possible. Enjoy the sunshine Lynne it's really cold here, however the snow has gone - thank goodness. I do hope you don't encounter any problems getting accomodation on your travels, like you say it must have been because of the Mardi Gras!!! Vicky is definitely struggling getting back into work mode, she is extremely tired and missing you! I need to give her a few lessons on the 'Message Board' hope you got her message via email! Enjoy 'Blue Mountains' and keep us all up to date. Love you loads xxxxxxxxxxx

Can't believe that as I write this you will soon be readying yourself to fly to Sydney. Time has flown by. You've certainly added New Zealand to my list of prospective holiday destinations though.
Hope you're ok on your own now VA has gone. Maybe you've really found yourself - backpackers' hostels and all! Hope Australia will be as spectacular for you as NZ was
Olivia home this weekend, but hoping to catch up with Carla and Chris and the terrorist at some point. Alexia played County Cup for Lancs in Norwich last weekend and won all her matches. Team promoted to Div 2. She was very pleased with herself!
