In south Thailand at the moment. I am staying on an Island called Ko Phan-gan, in the gulf of Thailand. A few days ago I went to the Full moon party here which coincided with Thai new year. So 15,000 backpackers partied on a beach all night. The atmosphere was amazing. There were people there from all corners of the globe. flew here because the journey from Bangkok into Cambodia was awful so it was so cheap to fly we decided not to go back over land. Tomorrow I am off to Ko tao (turtle Island). I am going to complete my PADI diving certificate. It is a three days course and you do four dives going down to 18metres. Apparently there are whale sharks here, Clownfish and turtles. Cannot wait. Hey Finally reached Thailand and out of China. Getting some tailor made suits here for when I start work. The quality is amazing and the price is so low so got a few made, would be rude not to LOL. Haivng lots of fun in Bangkok, although it is very humid here and the Traffic and pollution is pretty bad. Staying in a room with no windows but getting used to that because that seems to be the norm with these budget style accomodation, especially in South East Asia. Spending a few days here and then off to Cambodia to see Angkor Wat and the Killing fields from the Khmer rouge regime.
