Just a quick blog to tell you about todays events. It started off as a wonderful, sunny day. the sunniest yet infact, so we got our towels, had some breakfast and headed down to the beach! there we sunbathed for a couple of hours, read a bit of our books ( mine of which got soaked - had to dry it out with the hairdryer :o( ) and just chilled. at about half one we decided to go snorkelling, we did this for about an hour and a half which was brilliant, so sunny and the water is so warm, like taking a bath. when suddenly it started raining like mad, at first it was cool and we carried on snorkelling then it started to get soo heavy, it was beatin down on us like little needles hittin us, it hurt lol! We were so far out too, we couldnt even see where the hotel was on the beachfront, we had to put our snorkles on and try to swim back, but im not the best of swimmers and water kept going in my mask and mouthpiece cus i was scared. lol luckily jo was there to help me.. eventually we made it back unharmed ( apart from a few war wounds on my leg where i scraped it against some corals) closest ive been to death! Ha ha, i shall now live life to the fullest :P
